I started my Master's course at the Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT), in the electronic nanomaterials lab. of the Materials Science Department.
This field mainly  study  the electronic properties of materials for the application to the electronic devices.
Nanomaterials for nanodevicess - which means smaller the size of the material higher the efficiency of the device. Nanomaterials promise higher surface area, higher sensitivity, higher capacity and so on.

After coming to this lab first  I participated  in the project from Hynix Semiconductors  "3D Nanotube Capacitors for High Density FeRAM memory devices".

Hi everyone!
Today finally I decided to create an online journal.
In this blog mainly i will share my research activities, such as my current research topics, results, problems..etc.
As I am researching on nanotechnology, all posts will be about nanotech., and nanoworld.
Also , I will try  to give simple  explanation or information on how certain tool or process are working.

Furthermore, there will be all other interesting stuff like, movie reviews, youtube clips, music, games, etc.

So it wouldnt be boring.

I will post in Uzbek, Russian and English.
